In addition to investing, we offer a Multi-Currency Account that enables users to save, spend, and invest globally across different currencies. What's the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales Associate who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and driving conversions. You'll support students throughout their journey from onboarding to investing while also identifying sales opportunities and helping grow our customer base.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist students via calls, email, and chat; support onboarding and account setup.

• Generate leads, understand student needs, and convert them into active users.

• Manage and track leads using CRM; ensure timely follow-ups.

• Attend education fairs and on-ground events to engage with students and drive leads.

• Resolve queries efficiently and collaborate with teams for quick issue resolution.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 0–2 years in student support, sales, or similar roles (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with a confident and friendly approach.

• Customer Focus: Ability to understand student needs and provide solutions.

• Sales Mindset: Interest in sales and willingness to work with targets.

• Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel) and learning new tools.

• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Bonus: Basic understanding of stock markets or investing is a plus.
