Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports end to end customer success across IT consulting and implementation in software engineering automation
  • Works with consultants and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood consulting outcomes are actionable and implementations using tools platforms
  • Generative AI and Agentic AI progress as planned
  • Tracks adoption and outcomes flags risks to value realization and helps capture success stories and lessons learned for wider organizational reuse and impact
