Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Intern at Joveo, your responsibilities will include:
• Support the onboarding of new clients onto the Joveo platform, helping coordinate account setup and ensure a smooth go-live experience.
• Assist Customer Success Managers in day-to-day account management and client communication.
• Monitor active campaigns and flag any issues or anomalies to the team for timely
resolution.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and client presentation decks.
• Respond to client queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure issues are
resolved quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of project tasks and updates in our project management tool.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
• Participate in client reviews and team meetings to understand account strategy and
contribute ideas.
• Stay updated on product features and platform updates to better support clients.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in any relevant
field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or similar).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple
tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
• Good with presentations — proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing, project management, or customer
service is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time for a period of 6 months.
