Role Description

SkillsReform is seeking a full-time Customer Success & Growth Manager to join our team in a hybrid role based in Delhi, India. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, implementing strategies for customer retention, managing feedback, and proactively addressing concerns. This role will involve a blend of in-office and remote work to provide flexibility while maintaining team collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Strong Relationship Building and Customer Retention abilities to nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Analytical Skills to assess client feedback, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or account management role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid setup.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
