Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and ensuring they gain maximum value from VComply's solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, conducting training sessions, identifying growth opportunities, addressing client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to advocate for customer needs. The ideal candidate will work proactively to foster client satisfaction and drive the successful adoption of our products.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for developing client relationships, conducting training, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Project management and organizational skills for coordinating onboarding processes and ensuring timely customer support.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying customer challenges, offering impactful solutions, and improving client satisfaction.
  • Proficient understanding of compliance and risk management processes and tools; previous experience in SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an ability to collaborate across teams and advocate for client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an on-site role with cross-functional collaboration.
