Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support our sales efforts by handling calls, following up with leads, and assisting in closing deals. This is an inside role focused on phone, WhatsApp, and email communication no field work.

The role is ideal for someone who wants to learn hands-on customer experience and is looking for extremely handsome incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads
  • Understand customer needs and explain our services clearly
  • Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and status in CRM / Excel
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handover

What We're Looking For

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Comfortable speaking to customers over phone calls
  • Basic understanding of customer interaction
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset
  • Willingness to learn, improve, and take feedback

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in customer success / support
  • Familiarity with CRM tools/ Excel
  • Experience in service-based businesses (finance, consulting, SaaS, aviation)
