Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Executive role in Hyderabad. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for understanding customer queries, recommending the right learning solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing customer support, managing accounts, and applying analytical skills to drive success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Support skills
  • Account Management proficiency
  • 1-2 yrs of experience in Customer Success roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
