Optiminastic is building Signalor.ai, one of India's most exciting AI visibility and GEO platforms for global brands, agencies, and growth teams. Search is changing fast. People are no longer only asking Google. They are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and other AI engines what to buy, which brands to trust, and who the best providers are. Signalor.ai helps brands understand, track, and improve how they appear inside AI-generated answers with sophisticated tech.
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who can help our customers get the most out of Signalor.ai from day one. This role is perfect for someone who has completed an internship in SEO, AI tools, SaaS, digital marketing, or customer success, and is excited to work at the intersection of AI, search, content, and customer growth.
You will be the bridge between our customers and the product. You will help users onboard (if they want support), explain their AI visibility reports, track competitor insights, detail opportunities, and ensure they see clear value from Signalor.ai.
This is not a boring support role. You will be part educator, part strategist, part product thinker, and part customer champion.
