Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Executive, located in Bhubaneswar. The Customer Success Executive will focus on building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention, and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, gathering and analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves closely collaborating with internal teams to align customer needs with Protrainy's offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
• Proven experience in Customer Support and Account Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and make data-driven decisions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
• Ability to work independently while actively contributing to a team environment
• Experience in E-learning or education sectors is a plus
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
