Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Customer Success Executive will focus on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing client relationships. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues proactively. Additionally, the role involves account management duties to support the overall success and growth of client partnerships.

  • Competency in Customer Support and Account Management

  • Experience in using CRM tools and other customer management software is a plus
