Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Investment Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for client acquisition, consultative selling, and managing long-term client relationships while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition
  • Onboard new clients by presenting our products and services effectively (leads will be provided).
  • Consultative Selling
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment solutions aligned with their financial goals.
  • Relationship Management
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular follow-ups, market updates, and service reviews.
  • Revenue Ownership
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, pipeline metrics, and revenue KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, SEBI guidelines, and competitor offerings.
  • CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, demos, and closures in CRM systems. Submit timely reports to the sales manager.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or Economics
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (financial services preferred)
  • NISM Series 25A certification (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of equities, derivatives, and mutual funds
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
