Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls/ Emails/ Chat professionally to provide information about products, process and services.
  • Handle customer escalations.
  • Ensure the best standards in delighting the customer - understand the customer's needs and details, identify potential solutions and take ownership for delighting the customer.
  • Achieve best in class First-Time-Resolution rates and turnaround time for customer needs.
  • Willing to walk the extra mile to deliver customer delight and best in world customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

  • Strong empathy for customers.
  • Solution seeker - find ways to address customer needs.
  • Attention to detail, good listening skills and comprehension skills.
  • Great communication skills - fluency in English and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.
  • Comfortable using technology like browsers, MS-Office, email etc.
