Job Description

Interns for Customer Success:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Intern to support our customer engagement, onboarding, and support activities. The intern will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customers receive timely assistance and have a positive experience with our products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through product setup.
  • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  • Assist in creating customer training materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support processes.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed any degree. 
  • Interest in customer service, account management, or SaaS products.
  • Prior internship or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
