Job Description

Position: Customer Success Executive:

Job Description: Dsoft Infotech Pvt. Ltd is hiring smart and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive. The Candidate having accounting background with good convincing and communication skill in English, Hindi, Gujarati. Well Experienced in client support related to ERP software with installation and routine query addressing approach. Add-on preference for candidates having client servicing exposure in accounting or finance domain.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in preparing excel reports and MIS handling etc.

Eligibility Criteria: B.Com, M.Com, MBA with Finance or Intermediate CA or Associate's degree in accounting or finance.

Job Location: Rajkot / Ahmedabad.

Experience: 1+ Years of experience in client support.

CTC Package: As Per Company.

Customer Success Executive Profile:

· CSE profile starts with handling client queries related to generalized accounting software.

· Require to provide telephonic or online support for software installation, training on the software and other routine queries including accounting queries.

· Provide client support while troubleshooting like printer setup query etc. Handle complaints or objections if any and report or escalate the same to the next level for further solution.

· Handle frequent reviews and follow-ups with clients as per need.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
