Job Title: Customer Support / Operations Executive

Experience: 0–3 Years

Salary: Upto 2.5 LPA

Shift: Fixed 10 AM to 7 PM

Job Description:

Cheqme Commerce Private Limited is hiring Customer Support / Operations Executives to manage customer interactions and support day-to-day operational tasks. The role involves handling queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Prior experience in BPO / customer support / operations preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
