Key Responsibilities:

Lead Handling

  • Call inbound leads to understand their requirements thoroughly
  • Pass lead information accurately to senior sales staff

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule meetings between prospects and sales managers

Proposal Management

  • Prepare and send quotations to clients
  • Follow up on proposals to drive deal closure

Lead Generation

  • Generate new leads through cold emails and cold calls

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty

Customer Satisfaction Support

  • Assist in ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • No prior experience required freshers encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
