At Bonobology / Beyond Small Talk, we are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone starting out and looking to build strong client-facing skills in a fast-growing, premium brand environment.

What you'll do:

• Handle client interactions across WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Understand client requirements and respond with clarity and warmth
• Coordinate internally with the team to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain client records and follow-ups
• Support basic content/design needs using Canva

What we're looking for:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of Google Sheets and basic data management
• Previous experience or understanding of the matchmaking industry is an added advantage
