Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, supporting product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a blend of communication, coordination, and basic understanding of tech or software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct client onboarding sessions and deliver product demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using our tech products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and contribute to revenue growth.
- Track customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Travel up to 25% for client meetings, demos, and on-site support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 02 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or related roles (freshers welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain tech products to clients.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
