Job TYittle : Customer Success Engineer!

We are seeking for Customer Success Engineers to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This full-time role is the crucial link between providing effective technical support and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing first-level technical support for Microsoft Office tools, SQL Server, and basic networking/internet issues.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting user onboarding, and providing tailored technical solutions.
  • Documenting support issues and resolutions accurately.

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Understanding of Networking fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Internet troubleshooting
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
