Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer who can combine technical expertise with customer engagement. The role requires strong ownership of client on boarding, product demonstrations, and translating customer feedback into actionable technical solutions in coordination with Development and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations to clients, showcasing technical capabilities and business value.
- Act as a technical consultant for clients during on boarding and post-implementation phases.
- Understand customer challenges and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Developers and DevOps teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and support applications built on:
- MongoDB
- Node.js
- React.js
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
- Maintain documentation for client issues, feature requests, and resolutions.
- Track issues through ticketing systems and ensure timely closure within SLAs.
- Provide continuous feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform.
Key Skills Required
- Strong working knowledge of:
- MongoDB
- Node.js
- React.js
- Excellent product demo & presentation skills (this is a core KPI).
- Ability to convert client feedback into technical solutions.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mind-set with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in SaaS / Product-based company
- Exposure to customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support

- Demo-to-conversion ratio
- Customer onboarding success rate
- Issue resolution TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Customer satisfaction score (CSAT/NPS)
- Product adoption & retention rate
