SpotDraft is hiring its first Customer Success Enablement Manager to build and scale our CS enablement function from the ground up. You'll transform how our CS team learns, grows, and delivers value, ensuring they become trusted strategic advisors to our customers, not just feature messengers.

Top Outcomes:

Build the Foundation

  • Design comprehensive enablement programs covering onboarding, everboarding, product knowledge, technical skills, and customer engagement
  • Create structured product information flow that translates features into use cases and customer value
  • Implementing playbooks for key CS motions: implementations, QBRs, renewals, and expansions
  • Establish certification programs for technical and customer-facing excellence

Scale CS Excellence

  • Run enablement sessions connecting product capabilities to real customer scenarios and pipeline opportunities
  • Build knowledge management systems optimized for CS team needs
  • Develop deep technical training on configurations, integrations, and complex implementations
  • Measure impact through productivity metrics, customer health scores, and revenue outcomes
  • Own Customer Success Retrospectives

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to leverage tools and best practices
  • Work with Analytics, Strategy, Operations and Support on product adoption and customer feedback synthesis
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure CS-relevant release communications

Requirements:

Must-Haves

  • 3-5 years in Customer Success, preferably in B2B SaaS implementation-heavy products
  • Deep understanding of the full CS lifecycle from onboarding through renewal
  • Proven ability to create scalable enablement programs and content
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand complex products and translate to customer value

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience building enablement functions from scratch
  • Good tool knowledge such as GTM buddy, Hubspot, basic automations on Gsuite and Slack
  • 2+ years in enablement, training, or L&D roles
