Customer Success Associate (International Blended Process)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (In-Office)
Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA + Performance Incentives + 20–30% hike on current CTC

Role Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Customer Success Associate to join our global support team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our international clientele, ensuring a seamless Customer Experience (CX). If you have a background in International BPO, Travel Support, or Client Relations and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Support: Deliver premium assistance via Voice, Chat, and Email (Blended Process) to global customers.
Travel & Hospitality Management: Efficiently manage end-to-end bookings, reservations, and ticketing for flights and hotels.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve complex customer grievances and technical queries while maintaining high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores.
Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with international clients by providing proactive solutions and personalized service.
KPI Adherence: Meet and exceed individual performance metrics including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Scores.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO, Customer Support, or Hospitality role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (Versant Level C1 preferred).
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Travel & Tourism industry or global hospitality standards.
Adaptability: Ability to work 9-hour rotational shifts in a 5.5-day work week.
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream.
