Job Description

What You'll Do:

Assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring they get the most out of our platform.

Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Help track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Gain hands-on experience in customer onboarding, training, and support processes.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA, or any Bachelor's degree.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members.

Attention to Detail: Excellent multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.

Attitude: Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Previous experience or coursework in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred: Experience in Banking, FinTech, and Renewal/Renewals management is a strong advantage.
