Job Description

At BuyFrame, we work closely with our clients to help them unlock more value from their pricing, monetisation, and commercial operations. We're looking for a Customer Success Associate / Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in building strong customer relationships, supporting successful product adoption, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands business and commercial priorities, and is able to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and become a reliable day-to-day partner
  • Support client onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement
  • Understand customer goals and help translate them into clear action plans
  • Partner with internal teams across product, delivery, and leadership to ensure smooth execution
  • Lead product walkthroughs, training sessions, and value-driven customer conversations
  • Help customers prioritise opportunities and make the most of the platform
  • Track progress across projects, follow through on key deliverables, and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Contribute to a thoughtful, high-quality customer experience at every stage of the journey

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to understand business needs and communicate them clearly across teams
  • Good organisational and project coordination skills
  • Confidence presenting ideas, running meetings, and guiding conversations with stakeholders
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn

Preferred experience

  • Experience in customer success, account management, consulting, delivery, or a similar client-facing role
  • Exposure to SaaS, fintech, pricing, billing, payments, or commercial technology is a plus
  • Familiarity with working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
