At BuyFrame, we work closely with our clients to help them unlock more value from their pricing, monetisation, and commercial operations. We're looking for a Customer Success Associate / Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in building strong customer relationships, supporting successful product adoption, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands business and commercial priorities, and is able to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll do
- Build trusted relationships with customers and become a reliable day-to-day partner
- Support client onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement
- Understand customer goals and help translate them into clear action plans
- Partner with internal teams across product, delivery, and leadership to ensure smooth execution
- Lead product walkthroughs, training sessions, and value-driven customer conversations
- Help customers prioritise opportunities and make the most of the platform
- Track progress across projects, follow through on key deliverables, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Contribute to a thoughtful, high-quality customer experience at every stage of the journey
What we're looking for

- Ability to understand business needs and communicate them clearly across teams
- Good organisational and project coordination skills
- Confidence presenting ideas, running meetings, and guiding conversations with stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn
Preferred experience
- Experience in customer success, account management, consulting, delivery, or a similar client-facing role
- Exposure to SaaS, fintech, pricing, billing, payments, or commercial technology is a plus
- Familiarity with working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
