Role Description
We're looking for a Customer Success Associate (Fresher) who wants to work hands-on with customers and own real outcomes, not just support tickets.
• Own customer onboarding end-to-end and get customers to their first successful campaign fast
• Manage live outbound campaigns for multiple customers on GTMVantage
• Monitor performance and optimize targeting, messaging, and sequences
• Act as the day-to-day owner of customer relationships
• Proactively share insights, recommendations, and next steps with customers
• Work closely with founders and GTM strategists to improve outcomes
