Customer Success Associate — Domestic Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Experience: Freshers to 1 Year (Min. 6 months preferred)

Salary: ₹24,000–₹25,000 CTC/month (₹19,128–₹19,949 in-hand) + 10% PLI

Industry: BPO / Customer Experience / Fintech Support

About The Role

We're hiring Customer Success Associates to support one of India's leading digital payments platforms through a high-energy, customer-first voice process. You'll be the first point of contact for customers — resolving queries, delivering empathetic support, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

This is an excellent launchpad for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in customer service, with real exposure to fintech-adjacent operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via voice (domestic process) with accuracy and empathy
  • Resolve issues related to transactions, accounts, and service concerns promptly
  • Maintain high-quality interactions aligned with process and compliance standards
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues through the correct channels
  • Consistently meet SLA, quality, and customer satisfaction targets

Required Skills

  • English communication at B2 level (conversational fluency)
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing speed
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Freshers welcome; minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Prior background in insurance or financial services is an added advantage
  • Assessment requirement: VETI Score ≥ 6 | Non-Voice Versant Score ≥ 60

Shift & Schedule

  • 24×7 rotational shifts | 9-hour shifts
  • 6 working days with 1 rotational weekly off
  • Work from office | Self-travel required (no cab facility)
