Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Associate role based in New Delhi. The Customer Success Associate will support customers in understanding and using BillCut's solutions, address queries related to debt management and EMI plans, and guide customers through the onboarding process. The role involves proactive customer engagement, resolving customer issues, monitoring account health, and ensuring customers experience smooth and beneficial financial transitions. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback, identify opportunities for service improvement, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer interactions
Prior experience in customer success, customer support, or fintech/financial services is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
