Job Description

Apprenticeship – Customer Success | 6 Months

Azuga's Customer Success Small Market Business team is looking for enthusiastic and organized individuals for a 6 month apprenticeship program. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

As an apprentice, you will support the team in delivering a world-class customer experience while learning the fundamentals of customer service, account management, and relationship building. You will work closely with internal teams and gain exposure to real-time customer interactions, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of SMB customer accounts under guidance
  • Support customer onboarding activities including data entry, account setup, and maintenance
  • Participate in customer calls (weekly/monthly) alongside team members
  • Help monitor customer health and identify potential risks or improvement areas
  • Maintain and update CRM/CTI tools with relevant customer information
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic customer issues and escalating when required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs
  • Support preparation for customer reviews and training sessions
  • Actively participate in training sessions and learning modules

Program Scope

This is a structured 6-month apprenticeship program designed to provide practical exposure and on-the-job learning. Apprentices will work under the guidance of experienced team members and gradually take on more responsibilities as they progress.

The role involves supporting customer interactions via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
