Customer Success Advisor

Position Overview:
AsaCustomer Success Advisor,you'llsupportcustomeroutcomes by helping them realize more valueof their Autodesk solutions. Your strong business acumen,curiositymindset, and ability to quickly identify customer needs will allow you to create impactful experiences across the customer journey,while also shaping internal best practices.

Responsibilities:
Use data triggered signals toproactivelyengage customerstoalign product capabilities with customer outcomes
Establish adoption strategies to increase customer value and product usage
Identifyand engageat-risk accountsby usingdiscovery skillsand realign themtowardsuccess
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales,Renewals,Channel Partners, Support, and Services tosupportcustomeroutcomes
Delivera high-quality experience that deepens customer satisfaction and loyalty
Uncover andidentifyopportunities to expand customer relationshipsthrough value discovery and strategic conversations
Minimum Qualifications:
5-7years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
Familiarity with Autodesk customer industries (AEC, D&M, M&E)
At least 2 years of experience working with and applying solutions in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) or Design & Manufacturing (D&M) industry sectors.
Proven track record of working independently whiledrivingmeasurable impact.
Experience navigatingcross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Experience with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models.
