What will you do You will be helping customers resolve unauthorized transactions via email, investigating the who, where, and how of transactions, and ensuring bank accounts remain secure.

• Education: Any Graduate (2023, 2024, 2025 batches preferred).
• CIBIL Score: Must be 670+ (Clean financial record is mandatory).
• Skills: Strong professional English, sharp eye for detail, and 30 WPM typing speed.
