Role Overview
We are hiring a Solution Architect to lead enterprise AI implementations, with a strong focus on API integrations and customer-facing consulting. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI transformation while gaining deep expertise in the Moveworks platform.
What you will be doing
You will:
- Lead discovery workshops with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, workflows, and desired outcomes
- Translate business requirements into detailed solution architectures and design scalable, AI-driven integrations across multiple systems
- Define API interaction patterns, authentication flows, and data mappings while designing conversational experiences and automation flows that create intuitive user journeys
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, managing stakeholder expectations and presenting solution proposals, prototypes, and architectural designs
What we're looking for
You bring:
- Strong experience in API integrations and enterprise solution design
- Hands-on expertise with REST and SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and API keys
- Experience working with data formats such as JSON and XML
- A solid backend development foundation (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience integrating platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, or Jira
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or implementation roles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise environment
- Experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions and working within structured delivery models and SDLC processes
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or NLP concepts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Background in consulting or professional services environments
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical work
