Role Overview
We are looking for
curious, articulate, and customer-focused individuals to join us in a
Customer Advisory role.
This is
not a call-centre job — your role is to
understand customer needs and guide them towards the right solution, working closely with our product and operations teams.
What You Will Do
- Speak with inbound and selected outbound prospects to understand their farming or project requirements
- Ask the right questions to identify problems, constraints, and goals
- Conduct follow-up video meetings to explain suitable solutions clearly and confidently
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain structured records of customer discussions, requirements, and recommendations
- Coordinate internally to ensure accurate proposals and smooth follow-ups
