Job Description:
- Effectively executes take calls of clients customers
- Resolves query/issues as per deliverables outlined
- Follows all pre-defined procedures to meet SLA Target and ensure performance parameters are met
- Maintains voice quality as per standard agreed
- Handles repetitive calls and strives for target maximization in order to meet quality standards
- Work From Office from Ghaziabad location.
- Need to have good communication in Hindi and English.
- Need to Flexible of week off(Sunday fixed off and 1 rostered off from Monday to Saturday).
- Minimum Education 10+2+3 Full Time
- Minimum Experience 1 Year
