Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role based in Lucknow, focused on serving UK customers. The Customer Service team member will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries. Daily responsibilities include resolving technical or account-related questions, logging and tracking issues, coordinating with internal IT and operations teams, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
