Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role based in Lucknow, focused on serving UK customers. The Customer Service team member will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries. Daily responsibilities include resolving technical or account-related questions, logging and tracking issues, coordinating with internal IT and operations teams, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. The role involves adhering to established service standards, maintaining clear documentation of customer interactions, and providing feedback on recurring issues to support continuous improvement. The position requires flexibility to work in alignment with UK business hours and to communicate clearly with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with the ability to manage inquiries, issues, and feedback professionally.
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction practices, including follow-up, issue resolution, and maintaining service quality standards.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette, including clear spoken English, active listening, and polite, confident communication suitable for UK customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or process-related information in simple terms.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and align working hours with UK customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
  • Comfort with using CRM or ticketing tools, email platforms, and basic office software; exposure to IT services or technical environments is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or contact center role, preferably supporting international clients; a relevant diploma or bachelor's degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
