Customer Service - Tele sales - Voice & Blended

Role Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats
2. Record customer interactions accurately
3. Provide solutions based on customer needs
4. Communicate persuasively to manage queries and upsell where applicable

Key Deliverables:

1. Deliver prompt and effective customer support
2. Maintain accurate records of each customer interaction
3. Ensure resolution of queries with clear communication
4. Meet daily call handling and resolution targets
