customer service - Tele sales-Fresher and Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Generate leads and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM or relevant systems.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Confident and persuasive with excellent negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
