Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Tele-Caller. The primary responsibility of this role is to interact with potential and existing customers over the phone, address inquiries, and provide detailed information about the company's premium natural stone offerings. Additional tasks include managing client accounts, following up on leads, maintaining accurate call records, and collaborating with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
