About the Job
The Customer Success Associate – Technical Support will assist patients with setting up, using, and troubleshooting sensor-enabled devices, including Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM patches), watches, weighing scales, BP monitors, and other health devices. The role involves providing virtual and physical guidance, educating patients on device usage and maintenance, maintaining documentation, handling customer support, and assisting with ADHOC business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with fixing CGM patches, pairing sensors, and setting up devices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Provide basic troubleshooting guidance and best practices for device maintenance.
- Educate members on proper device usage and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and required documentation.
- Deliver empathetic and efficient customer support to enhance the user experience.
- Support business operations through events, lead generation, inventory management, and other ADHOC tasks.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant technical degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer technical support.
- Prior experience in customer service or a technical support role.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a patient-centric approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in video conferencing platforms, messaging applications, and remote support tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both virtual and physical environments.
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism.
- For Hyderabad: English, Telugu, and Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
