We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to handle customer queries through calls, messages, and emails.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp/messages, and emails
• Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions
• Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and delivery issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a polite and professional approach

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of eyewear
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Patient and customer-friendly attitude
• Prior customer support experience will be preferred
