Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati for a Customer Service Support Manager. The role involves managing and supervising customer service teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering technical support when required. The manager is also responsible for analyzing customer interactions to enhance service quality and implementing process improvements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Analytical Skills to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience in Technical Support and related services
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Prior experience in customer service management or a related role is preferred
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
