Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Voice/ Chat & Inbound Sales
Location: Pune
Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our International Voice, & Chat process in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions for international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solution
- Build rapport with customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate and Graduate freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates with experience in International Voice, Chat, Customer Support are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and convert customer opportunities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
Work Schedule
- 5-day work week
- 2 rotational weekly offs
- Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
