Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Coimbatore. In this role, the specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering queries via phone or email, troubleshooting product-related issues, documenting customer feedback, maintaining accurate records, and enhancing customer relationships through outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering a great Customer Experience
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus
