Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Locations: Indore / Mohali / Gurgaon

Department: Customer Experience / Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
