Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes
