Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist for an on-site role based in Jaipur. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities include providing timely support via phone or other communication channels, handling customer feedback with professionalism, and ensuring consistent service excellence to uphold Swabha's commitment to quality.Handling Airbnb and Instagram inquiries, managing guest queries, and coordinating booking operations efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Adaptability to on-site operations and availability to work from Jaipur
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Customer Service are a plus
