Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, supporting clients throughout the property buying journey, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Assist customers with property-related information and project details.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
  • Collect customer feedback and improve service quality.
  • Support post-sales customer engagement activities.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

Qualification

  • Any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Telecalling, or Real Estate Customer Service.
  • Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
