Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, supporting clients throughout the property buying journey, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Assist customers with property-related information and project details.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Collect customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Support post-sales customer engagement activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Telecalling, or Real Estate Customer Service.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
