Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist, based in Delhi, India with some flexibility for work from home. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The specialist will manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their concerns in a timely manner.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
