This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Chennai. The role involves providing exceptional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will resolve issues effectively, maintain detailed records, and assist in enhancing the overall customer experience. Building strong professional relationships with clients and contributing to improvements in customer service processes will also be key responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Customer Support and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills for professional communication
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience through attentive and effective problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous
• Knowledge of CRM systems and other customer service tools is a plus
