Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Customer Service Specialist/GRE (Guest Relations Executive). In this role, the individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries via phone and in person, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, handling inquiries professionally, maintaining records, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout community visits and communications. The professional will also act as a primary point of contact for engaged customers and assist with resolving any operational concerns.

• Exceptional skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to deliver timely and efficient solutions to clients.
• Proven expertise in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring Customer Satisfaction with professional and empathetic approaches.
• Strong Phone Etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and establish positive relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune with flexibility and professionalism.
• Prior experience in a customer relations or guest relations role is a plus.
