Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Surat. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include managing phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Customer Experience management
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
