As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring every customer interaction feels smooth and memorable.

What You'll Work On

Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and phone

Assisting customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product-related questions

Resolving complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and professional experience

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment

Gathering and reporting customer feedback to help improve products and services

Supporting the team in improving response templates and customer support workflows

What We Expect

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

Strong empathy and a customer-first mindset

Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality responses

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or e-commerce platforms

Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred

Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to remain calm under pressure

Who You Are

12 years of experience in customer support, call center, or e-commerce support (preferred but not mandatory)

A quick thinker who enjoys solving problems and helping customers

Someone who enjoys improving processes and making systems more efficient

Passionate about creating smooth and thoughtful customer experiences

Willing to go the extra mile to keep customers happy
